  I've bought a set of salt and pepper grinders plus the spices directly from Peugeot's website with a hope for all the items to arrive in the next upcoming 5 days.  It was a delayed decision to get a present on time for the next upcoming weekend. After my order, I've reached out to Peugeot's customer service and kindly explained that I need this present shipped immediately in order for it to arrive on time. I must say, not only did all items arrive on time but I was kept updated with delivery tracking numbers and also received a nice email from the customer service ( even though it was automated, not sure)  that they packed my order the next day and shipped it to the United Kingdom. Just wanted to say thank you and I will definitely use Peugeot's direct website rather than any 3rd party, like Amazon for example. Great product, great service- highly recommended!

Our orders do take 7-10 working days to arrive as they come from France, but we are confident that our delivery times have improved as well as our communication since that time.   If you are the kind of person who loves having good quality kitchen equipment you will love these! I bought the larger size classic paris collection in chocolate and natural…..great to not have to fill up constantly because they are bigger. Such a great grind and really satisfying to use. I know this brand lasts as have had them in the past ( they didn’t break I wanted larger!)

  The mill I bought was displayed as bright red. However, the actual is nearer a burgundy shade. It also appears plastic rather than showing a wood grain figure. I bought this a salt mill grinder to compliment my black pepper mill I bought from you two years ago.

I can see you bought the Roellinger which is a pepper mill in deep red-coloured wood.   I'm glad to be able to get in touch with you as, although I really like the electric pepper grinder, I am disappointed that I can't get it to change from coarse to fine, so there are always big pieces of peppercorn coming out. I presume this is a fault but consequently I'm not able to use it. I really am disappointed as I like it so much.

  The salt mill came used. It's obvious since i also ordered a Peugeot mill for pepper... and the packaging is night&day. The quality is there however (5 star)...however purchasing something for full price and receiving an used item with missing packaging is -2 points.

Did you know that most of our salt and pepper mills come with a little bit of salt or pepper in them, so you can start enjoying your product straight away?   As stated, the packaging (inner one) was missing. The Peugeot Paris Icone (my pepper mill) packgaging vs this one is like night and day. What was sent to me was a returned item from a previous customer. I let this slide, since I know the grinders have a 25year warranty and they work just fine.

  The website is easy to navigate. The delivery time is SUPERFAST! Customer Service is great. Products are top class. They very kindly partly fill the salt and pepper grinders with salt and pepper which is SUPERB QUALITY. The most delicious pepper I've ever tasted! So I'll be ordering some from them.

  I can not fault these guys, from the moment I ordered my salt and pepper mills the service was spot on, and the product is excellent.

  Good level of information on the site and easy to use Had some issues previously with the website as it was not loading properply during a purchase, however seems to be fine when recemtly using it. Does take a while to load some images. Only improvement I could suggest is to have a video of the use of the classic grinding system as well.

  Great company. Offered a discount on my first time purchase dispatched the product promptly and used a good courier. The mills are replacement ones for my 13yr old ones the new upgraded mills are greatly improved. Love the ease of use. 5 stars well deserved

  As I didn't get a confirmation of my order, I ended up purchasing your product twice. I have now received two pepper grinders. Reviewing your terms for returning a product I have to pay to return your product. I suggest this should be free given this was caused by your systems. This is unbelievable poor customer service. Given your inadequate online platform I would not purchase online from your website again.

  After some time spent researching products and looking at local dealer websites, I found the Peugeot-Saveurs site. The selection of products and options was by far the best, and the prices were as good or better than any dealers offered. Ordering was easy, and even though I live in Canada, shipping was fast and free in the case of this product because it met the very reasonable cost requirement. I would gladly order directly from Peugeot-Saveurs again.

  Everything was excellent . Only one thing that was not very pleasant. Red paper which was wrapped around salt and pepper mill left red stains on olive wood mills. With wet paper I managed to to get them almost all down. A little bit was left.

  The dish I received is very well made and perfect for the job that I needed it for especially when we have friends around. The pepper pot I have not given to the friend it is for as I have not seen him. I keep breaking his pepper pots, (two up until now) whereas I still have a Peugeot pepper pot I bought in 1992 at home. My wife and I are due to see him at the end of April. If it is as good as mine he probably will be able to leave it in his will !!!. It is a great product. Delivery was very quick as well, especially now when it is not so easy as it used to be due to this stupid idea of leaving the E.U..
