  It was easy to order online and the delivery was quick. The product is beautiful and was packaged well. It's for a gift, so haven't used it, but I can see the mills come with complimentary salt & pepper in them so they can be used straight away which is a lovely idea.

  The parcel was poorly packaged and arrived in an appalling state on delivery. When I questioned this I was told to return it (using enclosed return label) and they would send another one. Problem is it’s for a birthday and I don’t have time! All for taking care of the packaging

  I was given a nutmeg mill and the scent of the ground nutmeg was excellent. I loved it so much I bought one for my friend as an early Christmas present. I also bought the cinnamon mill and some cinnamon sticks. It is so easy to grind nutmeg and I no longer grate my knuckles on the grater or have the nutmeg fall into my baking mixture. When I use the cinnamon mill it uses one small stick and I know it is beautifully fresh unlike ground cinnamon.

  Delivery was good. Product not. If you want something as an ornament and don't intend to actually use them, they look really nice, but the mechanisms don't work properly. I had ordered salt and pepper mills because I had Peugeot salt and pepper mills years ago and I've loved them. On those, I could choose the coarseness - relatively fine setting was pretty uniform and produced a steady stream of salt at the desired setting. On this, the fine/medium (rather than finest, which is utterly useless) setting is such hard work to make the salt, I had to wind round and round about 40 times to get less than a gram of salt and it included large as well as finer crystals, which means it's useless other than as a gimmick or to look nice on a table. I was using rock salt supplied with it by Peugeot, so not a case of using the wrong type of salt. I use the mills for cooking, so I prefer gadgets that work. It's possible that my mills (one of each - salt, pepper) are faulty, but all the emails I've had telling me about my order are from a "noreply@" with no customer service contact email, only several requests for feedback via Verified Reviews, so I'll have to find the time to investigate how to get in touch. I'd rather have followed up privately, than post publicly, but that option isn't presented.

  Bought the salt and pepper mills as a present. Searched several sources and was surprised to find the Peugeot website offering them at the best price (plus an extra 10% off) and free shipping. The website is user friendly and the order easily placed. The parcel took about a week or so to arrive. The mills are very securely packed in a presentation box and this well packed in an outer container for postage. I also really like that the mills contain Peugeot recommended salt and pepper ready for use immediately. Absolutely delighted with this purchase.

  In spite of having my order confirmation and invoice with the correct address, delivery was held up because the delivery address was incomplete. I had difficulty trying to contact customer services but when I eventually found an email address the problem was resolved fairly quickly. I have only had the product for a day but it seems to be what I expected.

  The package was shipped by LTL shipping....a small package that could easily and cheaply be shipped by postal service. It's been three weeks, the carrier says delivered but the package is lost. I wish I'd gone with a different manufacturer.

  The products are great, the service not. It took over a month to receive my order. I received an update that the courier had damaged my parcel. They knew I hadn’t received the parcel, but insisted they wait to receive it back from the courier before they would replace it. When the parcel was returned to Peugeot I received a confused email asking why it had been returned to them, when it the records had been checked, they would have known. The customer service is poor from a delivery perspective. They need to learn from their mistakes.

  The site is awesome - no issues ordering and super fast delivery! Having said that I am super happy with the pepper grinder (I bought a set) but the salt mill not so much- despite being filled with course salt it keeps falling out the bottom - the top is tight so not sure why this is, but it’s a little messy !

  Hi there- I would like to return the salt mill- do I need to send it back with the pepper mill also? ( I have the original packaging) also - just an FYI- the mill came with coarse salt inside which fell out - I refilled it with coarse salt - same thing- also the mill does not grind the salt - just comes out coarse and mostly falls out

  Received the U Select salt and pepper mills. Love the Graphite color as it’s non glossey. Service was awesome. When tracking my order the transport company lost my package. Called them and customer service was so friendly and were on it right away. Resent my order and it was here in Montreal within days. We ordered 2 different sizes so we know when we grab one for cooking we know which one it is. Nice to dial in what size of grain you want. Sometimes you want a larger grain when cooking. They look awesome and do not leave grounds on our countertop. Very high quality and you are getting what you pay for. Will never need a replacement with these.
