  Bought a used Zoe in part exchange for my much-loved 10 year old Zoe. It has low mileage and a great range (up to 240 miles). The sales process was very efficient and easy, with Jen making us feel welcome and pleased with our purchase. There was no hard sell for financing or the service plan even though they were offered. I'm enjoying the car although I was surprised to discover that it did not have a reversing camera which the 10 year old Zoe did!!

  Vertu Honda Huddersfield were great because NOTHING was too much trouble. We travelled 300 miles to see our car, got held up but even though we arrived after closing Andy and Mark had waited for us and still provided exemplary, unhurried service and test drive. It is a pity we are so far away or we would be using them for servicing too, but we will definitely be going back to them for our next car! Never had such brilliant customer orientated service. No hard sell, just sound advice. The BEST!

  My experience at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter was memorable because it was fuss free. Even though I live in South Wales, sorting out a test drive for the car I eventually purchased was simple and the team were very accommodating; even, when I arrived early for the test drive. Sarah and Mathew ensured the purchase and pick up of my chosen ex demo vehicle was as as organised as possible. I have even provided an update to Sarah of my initial drive back to South Wales from Exeter, with car efficiency obtained for the journey and the features of the car I found really useful. That was the I-Pedal in 2 traffic jams on the motorway. Normally, I am not inclined to provide feedback, but the team at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter, did warrant my feedback for the help they gave.

  I recently bought a Ford Puma from Pete Brampton at Worcester. Pete's very knowledgeable about the cars, helpful too. He found a car in the colour I wanted at the Redditch branch. He met me there to test drive the car, then drove it back to Worcester to get it prepped It was ready for collection on time and Pete went thru all the tech on car before I left. Excellent service.

  I'd definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Redditch because on arrival we was welcomed by Umer one of your sales reps. He was very friendly & helpful, we explained what kind of vehicle we wanted which was then quickly narrowed down by Umer, we had our test drive the same day which made me and my partner very happy. After the test drive we knew it was the car we wanted, Umer then helped us every step of the way as well as keeping us informed and answered any questions that we queried along the way very happy purchase.

  Buying a used car from Vertu Honda Huddersfield was a great experience for us from start to finish. We dealt with Cristian who was easy to communicate with, friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. From my initial enquiry about a used Honda jazz, to buying and collecting it, I felt reassured and well guided throughout. It really helped to see a very detailed and honest video of the car showing its condition and features which Cristian provided before we travelled from Leeds to view and test drive it. After greeting us at the dealership and showing us the car, Cristian was in no way pushy and left us to have a good look at it. When we needed information and had questions, he was on hand and was really well-informed about the car, its history and features. We decided to buy it and were taken through all the details of the process and options very clearly. It was a joy to collect the car the following week, beautifully clean and shiny inside and out (they had also repaired a minor dent in the body work) We drove away very happy. Cristian also followed up with a call a few days after collection to check how everything was going. Excellent Thanks so much to the whole team at Vertu Honda Huddersfield

  I had to drive 272 miles to see the car and the deal to buy it. Before my visit I was sent a video that was really really good. Paul Phillips, my salesman, was wonderful in his presentation of the vehicle and his explanation of everything couldn't have been been any better.
