  Vertu Hyundai Exeter were great because of Sharon the sales lady that I delt with. She was not pushy I am way, explained in great detail every step along the way, contacted me on a regular basis and made sure I was happy with my purchase after. Bristol Street Motors were able to provide me with finance which was fantastic. I cannot fault a single thing during the whole process. Even when I went to collect my car the staff at the Exeter branch were so pleasant and helpful. Definitely not your standard car dealership, the staff - especially Sharon - had a genuine interest in helping to find and buy a car. I would absolutely purchase another car from this branch and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Outstanding service

  The experience at Vertu Ford Redditch was fantastic because I found the sales team to be friendly and not pushy, happy to answer questions I had and explained everything fully. Overall I found it a great experience and really pleased with my car. The part ex was straightforward too.

  Harrison was great. We weren't overly satisfied with the cleanliness of the car when we went to collect, the valet wasn't a good standard, the chrome on the step into the car was pitted, just as we were about to set off we notice a very large crack in the glass roof. Harrison is doing his best to help with this matter.

  I'm very happy with the experience of buying a car at Bristol Street Motors (soon to be Vertu) Vauxhall Durham. I had identified the car that I wanted to buy (a used Corsa-e) online. Arranging an appointment for a test drive and all the procedures for making the purchase were straightforward. The salesperson (Martin) was very friendly and helpful throughout. I'm very happy with the car I purchased.
