I have booked most of my holidays since 2015 with Voyage Prive and up until this week would have rated it five star. I love looking at all the fabulous holiday on offer. With my husband we have had some fantastic adventures and also family holidays with our 4 children (now grown up but still keen to come on holiday with us especially if mum and dad are paying!!). This week I have been caught out with the flex cancellation statement - do not believe that you can cancel "before departure date" and just pay an admin fee without reading all the small print.

You may find that when you turn up to the hotel you have not been booked in and the hotel know nothing about you. Neither Voyage Prive or the hotel except responsibility for the error.
