Verified reviewFound VP to be difficult in discussing holiday cancellation due to last minute Covid related changes introduced by government. Our choices were: a) Go on holiday and risk having to leave an 87 year old dependent home alone over Christmas. b) Don’t go on holiday and lose full payment as our flex cover had an 8 day deadline to cancel. On the 8th day we were still going on holiday as there were no restrictions that would have put our hioliday in doubt. However, 3 days later, the government introduced additional restrictions that put our retiurn date in doubt, and meant that the wellbeing of our elderly relative would not be guaranteed leading up to and over Christmas.

Verified reviewI have booked two trips with you One to st moritiz Switzerland on arrival they could not find our booking !! One current one to be taken in may to the Grand Prix in Barcelona ticket and hotel no flight as I will already be there Havant yet recieved any info on which hotel I will be staying and unindated with emails for flight details even though I have phoned twice to say I will not be flying and only booked ticket and hotel Rediculous so prob won’t use you again

Verified reviewThe website is very easy to use The hotel offering which we chose was excellent - first class staff, food and the room although not large was very comfortable and warm. It was a pity the weather was less inviting. I would have no difficulty in using this website again.
