  As usual, the selection and service was very good. However, I received my order three days after I was told I would receive it. I know it is not because MDW didn't ship it properly, but the choice of delivery company left much to be desired. I waited all day for the original delivery but didn't receive it. I waited the next day as well. After sending two email messages to the delivery company, I was told that I would receive my order sometime on Monday (original delivery date was previous Friday). I would gladly pay a little extra for an order if it were delivered on time. Might I suggest UPS. Chronopost and DPD are the worst-rated delivery companies. But, again, thanks for the great MDW service.

  First time user of site , defiantly will use again Ordered a bottle of Blantons on Sat evening item arrived on Wednesday in excellent packaging and communication throughout was first class.   On your website you had a whisky i wanted to buy. It was ritten that it soon would arrive and i could push a button for a notification when that would happen. I got a notification but still couldnt order the whisky because it said its not in stock yet.

  I's been overall a good experience, the delivery has been fast and precise, no issue of any kind. The only improvement I can think of is getting notified when the order has been processed / shipment has been prepared, the first news I got after the confirmation of the order came from the freight company, announcing it was delivering to me.

  I never have seen that somebody put the box of the bottle (carton) into the the inflate plastic? The boxes are damaged and worthless. This is not the first time that I got whisk wich such unprofessional packing.

  very easy to navigate the site, product was well packaged. One point which was irritating was that upon the products arrival into Australia i was notified i had to pay a further alcohol tax. I did not see any information relating to this as a warning on your site. in future it would be great if this was built into the price or at least advised prior to purchase.

  Legitimately impressed with both selection and service. Everything was packed and shipped incredibly quickly (there were some issues with DHL actually getting the products to me, but that is not the sellers responsibility.   The ordering process is smooth and no problems to report. The delivery process needs improving. There was no communication from whisky.fr nor the courier on the delivery, if it was on route, expected delivery date/time, etc. I had to contact the helpdesk to find out if it was in transit. It is unusual to receive no communications from the courier

  This was the first time I have ordered from Maison Du Whisky and definitely will again. I was looking for some quite rare whiskies and Maison Du Whisky had both. Even more one was an exclusive and the other was a single cask at cask strength. Looking on their web site they have a very large selection of very good whiskies at all price points and lots of exclusive to them special bottlings. I found it very easy to use the web site (that the web site can be shown in English was especially helpful). Everything well set out and easy to use. The selection is quite astounding. I found the prices very reasonable. When the parcel was sent I was told and given the tracking code for it. When it came it was packaged very well and all was in perfect condition. Over all a first class company. Buying things from European companies makes me realize they are much better at doing their jobs than most companies in the UK. Things are just done so well. Many thanks to all at Maison Du Whisky. I would advise anyone to buy from them and will do myself again.
