  shipping was fast and I love LMDW service but the decorative wax seals on 3 eau de vie bottles broke and crumbled on the shipping. That is a shame as the bottles looks bad on the shelf and it's also hurt their actual value. They could and should have pack those bottles better.

  All good except foe the fact that all the bottles I ordered came as 70cl bottles, and the website did not mention this at all. I had assumed they would be 1 litre bottles. This should have been made clear n the website, to be transparent with customers.

  I have NOT received this order and it's been more than a month! Multiple calls and emails were exchanged and they are aware of the issue and promised to refund. Guess what, nothing happens although you chase them every week. Bless you have no issues with your order and they are good, otherwise a shocking experience if you have to deal with them

  Shipping is always fast, I want to advise you to wrap the bottle(s) more careful ! The air bubble package is damaging the box of the bottle because it's to big and moves in the box!! With bottles that have no box the air bubble packaging is better but still a lot of space in the shipping parcel that can move it's content. Hope this will help in the future?

  I've ordered a few times from whisky.fr to Ireland and they are fantastic. Good prices for products difficult to find over here. Delivery is very quick, bottle well protected and if any issues, they are quick to reply, courteous and very helpful - only happened once and it was the couriers fault not whisky.fr and they refunded all shipping with sincere apologies, thats is proper customer service. I've ordered before and will order again.

  Have to pay attention with availability messages when something was out of stock. The message was in my spam or advertising folder, so i don't saw it immediately. Also one bottle package seems like it was opened and closed often, so the carton of the bottle was not as new. But the delivery to Germany was very quick and Whisky.fr has large assortment of goods. To sum up I can recommend this shop.

  I was just disappointed that the air waybill city was entered incorrectly by LMDW (ho me does this even happen?) ,which meant that the bottle was sent to the wrong city , which caused unnecessary phone calls with DHL. I did contact customer service which was apologetic and refunded the DHL charges
