  I found the descriptions on the site to be very useful as I was searching for new products. I found my first ordering process to be professional and seamless including the updates on the delivery process. The packaging for the bottles was exceptionally good and everything arrived more rapidly than I expected. My only question is what to do with the packaging as it seems too functional/nice to simply recycle. Overall, it was a great experience.

  I found the product I wanted very easily. I chekced out with PayPal with no problems and the delivery charge from France to Scotland was reasonable. I live in a remote part of Scotland (on an island) where we consistently have problems, especially with courier companies, and so the delivery within just a few days over the holidays was fantastic!

  LMDW provide good products at reasonable prices. Unfortunately they chose Chronopost to deliver the goods, and they never arrived. This is often the case with them, as this company in our area, are reluctant to deliver in the countryside. LMDW were quick with a refund, but we never got to taste the goods

  This is a absolutely a nightmare. I order a few whisky confirm to ship to Macau so we prepare the import license in advance the whisky arrives as we need to get pre-approval and pay the tax before we could collect . However , we were informed my order cut into 2 parcels and don’t know what whisky inside for each parcel , this is absolutely a joke and how we can get the import license in advance ? I ask for refund for the 2nd Parcel and being turned down until the 1st parcel arrives (without knowing what’s inside ) I will never use this terrible company LMDW again !!

  The whisky was delivered perfectly and very much on time! The packaging is excellent, but the problem is, it is a gift and I have not opened it yet.   I have used Maison du Whiskey for two years now. They offer a very good and efficient service.! Site is easy to navigate and speed of delivery is excellent.   Shipping was speedy. Packaging was very solid. I have had zero issues since I purchase from LMDW FR for quite a long time. If possible would appreciate the following improvement... Use DHL ON Demand (or send us an email with the tracking number once you have shipped. There are few occasions where I forgot to check My Orders, and it was shipped out and I forgot to pay the duty online. Also, it would be awesome if I can keep my bottles first. for an example maximum 6 bottles, up to 15 days. There were many times that I bought one, then saw another bottle release and bought another one in a matter of few hours. anyway, just some thoughts, you guys are awesome. Keep it up!

  I order frequently from whisky.fr. Good selection and fast delivery. In my last 3 orders however, i faced issues. Firstly, the label of one of the artist collection 10 bottles was damaged. I have email them twice about it, no reply on whether i can get a replacement or whether i can buy another bottle with a better label. Secondly, in the next order, the seal of one of the bottles was partially torn. Again, no reply on both my emails to highlight this. A small refund or something would be good. But totally no reply. In my most recent order, one of the items was 10 pieces of glass pipette. However, only 1 arrived and they subsequently changed the item link to 1 piece.
