  I had to order whiskey (made in Ireland) from this website as it was unavailable/sold out here at home. I was duly charged French tax at 20per cent and additional charges on arrival in Ireland (tax and excise)by the Irish revenue commissioners as it was posted into the country. Added an additional 30per cent to my original charge with Maison Du whiskey. Not happy with this but product I ordered was received as advertised

  I live in the UK and have had no end of problems sending gifts to my Brother in France. Maison Du Whisky has been a Great find. The one time I contacted them for help they sorted things immediately, my ignorance not a problem from their side. Prompt delivery and plenty of updates. I most definitelty recommend them.

  As always delivery was fast. Unfortunately packing was under avarage - bottle boxes came in bad shape, one bottle was leaking a bit. I had same problem here couple times, once bottles came opened and leaking with all wax fallen off. Hope you improve your packaging one day. Rest of the job and customer service is always good! Thank you!
