  It surprises me that one of the biggest whiskey sellers has such poor customer service. They do not send any shipping information to the email. Order confirmation and then info on the day of delivery from DPD will arrive. No info about the expedition. Another problem with LMDW is the packaging of bottles. It is always very bad. I have received a damaged bottle box from them several times because they are unable to disassemble the box and attach it to the bottle in an unfolded state. Instead, they put the bottle in the box in an inflatable package, which is nonsense. The inflatable cover always deforms the bottle box.
