  Deliver time was very quick. i liked it a lot. But i didn't receive any feedbacks on my inquiry regarding invoice document that was necessary for import tax. i would understand if you couldn't help it but simply ignoring a customer's request is not acceptable to me. Although i really like the selection of Maison du Whisky, i will be unlikely to use it again. By the way Master of Malt has excellent feedbacks and services for international customers like me

  Only thing is the packaging... It's not safe enough, the boxes are comming demaged... The plastic bubble coat is fine, but you have to take the bottle out of the box and then put it in the plastic bubble coat.

  Hello Rachel, thank you for getting back to me. Believe me, it's really enoying to receive a  bottle with a damage box, especially when you're using one the best way to send - the inflatable plastic coat. But you use it a wrong way. It is necesary to take the bottle out of the box first, then put it in the coat and the box fold next to it, like many others do. Thank you and all the best to LMDW.
