  The site is really perfect, the selection is awesome, price is so far also okay, shipping is really fast, just the packaging is REALLY POOR!!!! I really have a problem with little damages on the boxes,There are by far smaller shops in Germany who put more love in packaging! My last order here was in October 2016 and unfortunately the packaging was as bad as this time...In 2016 I sent the bottles back to France because the boxes were totally damaged.Need to improve here folks!

  Whisky.fr is very good only the transport company used in NL named DPD not so good. They should deliver to my address but they went straight to a pick up point. If you have to choice to pick the transport company, use DHL no DPD. Anyway Whisky.fr handled everything correct.

  My brother-in-law loves whisky and lives in France, I used to order from the uk so it was fantastic to find a site I could order from within France. A massive choice with easy filtering allowing me to easily filter on peated ones within my price range. Delivery was really quick too.

  Dear Here is the picture of the damaged box from the bottle. This has now an impact on the value of the product and is just not the first time it happens. For a company like yours is not logic that you are packing in this way. However this is known in the FB Rhum community and most properly I have to post it as well to my friends. You must improve the capabilities how bottles are packed, since you are as well sending bottles with much more value. (The bottle carton Box as to be opened and put separate within the parcel).   Hello, My reaction was for the last two orders (400048846 and 400046027). Attached pictures of both. And I also add text I sent to your colleague: "...Last two orders I received from you have damaged rum boxes inside the original box. The reason is obvious - it's poorly packed. Bottles are inserted into the protective bag, but in the paper box and without any other protective material like bubbles. Or it can be done in sifferent way - bottle removed from the paper box and packed separately from the paper box which can be unbolded..."
