  The bottle I received is not the correct one. I received a bottle with the a bottled date 10.06.2021 in stead of 26.08.2021. The bottle is important for me because my daughter is born on that day.

  Order arrived quickly, bottle was well protected and additional protection was provided by the thick gift box which I added to the order. Only 2 minor complaints. Firstly, the gift box doesn't include any sort of a bottle holder so the bottle is quite loose inside the box once you remove the shipping protection. Secondly, I didn't receive an email about the order getting shipped so I had to get the tracking number from the website myself, not difficult, just a minor inconvenience. Besides that everything was well.

  Whisky.fr has a fantastic selection - nearly all the very specific liqueurs and spirits that we needed for the cocktail hour for our wedding were available, and they were able to ship the bottles to the small Italian island where we were having our wedding in less than 5 days for free. A fantastic website both for personal consumption as well as to cater small events.

  The shop is great.I just do not understand why are on the shop some bottles already months with the text "coming soon", when they never arrive. The last order was also a bit of a dissapointment. I ordered 2 bottles of rum that will probably in short time run out and i watend to put thm away for a future sale or exchange, Unfortunately the cardboard boxes were creased and a bit damaged as they were poorly packed or i dont know what happend. I was used to a better packaging as this last one. If i ordr a bottle like this i expect that it will be carefully packed so no harm hapenss even to the cardboard box. If i would order some standard bottle that i would imidiatly opend i wuld not care that much but as this rum is/will be a collectors item i want to receive them as perfekt as posiible. Anyway i will continue to order from whisky.fr but if this poor packaging will continue i will rather order from somewhere else.

  I head some issues with receiving the welcome-to-the-newsletter discount-code and my requests were handled quickly and in a nice and welcoming way. I ordered some special whisky that I had looked for in Germany and have not been able to find, and with that discount-code I got a very good price. Surfing the website I as well found another bottle of high-priced whisky as well for a price lower than on any other shop I was able to find. Delivery was very quickly, both orders were delivered free of charge for shipping due to the total price and got here very quickly and and extremely well packed and protected. I will definetly order again with whisky.fr / Maison du Whisky!!!

  The Titos Vodka was delivered very fast. It was a great price and a fabulous service. It was shipped in a bubble wrap container obviously designed for liquor, we saved them, going to use in our luggage. Will buy from them again based on this experience.
