  I would normally give whisky.fr 4 or 5 stars, but this time, the order took very long to be shipped out. I placed the order on 7 Oct, and it was not shipped out despite various e-mails I sent to follow-up on the order. It was eventually shipped out after about 10 days of following up. Also, if the gift boxes can be flattened, whisky.fr should separate the gift boxes from the bottled and flatten the gift boxes instead of just inserting the whole bottle in the gift box into the bubble tube. The condition of the gift boxes are usually in quite poor condition because of this and this shipment was no exception. I have suggested this before, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

  The packaging was horrible, the bottles weren’t wrapped properly with protections. The box was too big for the bottles and luckily the Bottles didn’t break during the transits. I’d love to purchase again but only if you can do a better job wrapping next time .

  I’ve purchased a bottle of whiskey and it’s been seized, on the website it offers delivery to the republic of the Ireland and doesn’t state any issues regarding the postage of alcohol to Ireland. I’ve been ringing and trying to email Maison Du Whisky with zero correspondence from them.
