  I was very happy with the service here. I was a bit worried with the company being in France and how delivery would go, but it was all super quick from order to arriving on my doorstep. The bottle was extremely well packaged and exactly what I ordered. I haven't actually tried it yet so can't comment on the taste, but everything else about the ordering/delivery process was excellent and I was able to track things all the way.

  The site, the range, the prices were great. Don't know if it's a Brexit thing but there was a customs issue, with the courier saying they didn't have complete information on what was in the consignment. It was sorted easily though, without delays.

  They sent me the wrong the bottle. I spent 12o euro on a Writer's Tears 2017 bottle that they had on their site. Then they sent me the 2018 version. I emailed them twice about it and never got a single reply. I will only use LMDW as a last resort now. They have lost my trust completely. I thought they were a reputable store but this is something very dishonest.

  Unfortunately the website does not work very well when inserting addresses. The company also delivered the whiskey to the wrong address. I also don’t understand why it took over a week to deliver to Pessac from Bordeaux. Overall not really great service and I would be unlikely to use this company again.
