  It’s was not delivered! I paid an extra for tracking and yet it’s was not delivered and it’s lost. I paid for a service and an expensive bottle and I’m not enjoy it. Not recomende the service!

  I bought a bottle on Friday night and received it on Wednesday and this was from France, I wait longer for items bought on Ebay. Elodie looks after you if you have problems and they keep you up to date with your order. There is a welcome discount on your first order which is nice and the bottle I bought was cheaper, even with postage, than buying in the UK.

  The original shipment was not good (three broken bottles) but this was immediately corrected and the second shipment arrived intact (much better packing). We do not always rate Chronopost very highly as they seem to have difficulty finding us! However overall we were very pleased with the service that Maison du Whisky provides.

  I was happy with my order if I had a negative it would be to package better the boxes for my whisky where damaged as a collector you would want them intact,but in saying that everything else was good five days delivery from Paris I thought was very good

  The order arrived neatly and well packed. I just felt they took a bit longer to dispatch the whisky. I think it was dispatched 4 days after I placed my order. Other than that everything else was spot on. The customer care team were quick to reply when I queried about the dispatch date. On the whole I am happy.

  Firstly I would Like to say when I purchased this item I understood it was a Batch No 1 of Hearach whisky but when delivered it turned out to be a Batch No 5 also the Box inside the delivery box was Damaged, as it was going to be a collection piece the box matters to a collector, I contact Maison DU Whisky and they never replied.

  My order two bottles of Hearach inaugural release Batch 1 . Fast shipping bottles arrived in good order..Only I was a little bit disappointed because the presentation boxes are damaged because the boxes are put with the bottles in the plastic inflatable bottle protection... They should be placed seperate in the package so they dont damage... A collector is not happy with a damaged presetation box..
