  The process before delivery was slow and with very little information given. The delivery itself was a joke. I received the day before a message that the parcel would be delivered between 7 am and 1 pm. Then during the day I suddenly received a message that the parcel would be delivered between 4 pm and 7 pm. No excuses, no explanation. Just before 7 pm (after having to stay at home a whole day because of incoherent messages) it was delivered, but I was unaware: no warning was sent. It was left with the gardien. That is good. But no warning, that it was there? Weird, to say the least. In short: terrible delivery. Not enthusiastic to use these guys again.

  Great experience, being able to order Australian whisky, from Australia and having it delivered to family in France. The English translation was very good. Pricing was comparable to what I would pay in Australia, without the expensive shipping costs, and was delivered in a few days, in time for Christmas. Keep up the good work. Will be ordering more,again

  i have used Maison Du whisky for a few years now (post Brexit) to send bottles to friends and customers in France. A very slick operation, with delivery of my chosen malt within a couple of days of ordering online. would definitely recomend.

  The bottles were very poorly packaged, I received a shipment from you with damaged boxes on all the bottles. For a drinker this is ok, but for a collector this is an unsatisfactory quality product.

  Poor service. After I paid, they taking a week to pack my lots. I had contact with customer service and they replied I will get the tracking same evening, but nothing happened. Contact with them in second day still useless. They took 8 working days to pack 2 bottles, which is ridiculous.

  I found the product I wanted, ordered it, and it was delivered 2 or 3 days later. The product was not in stock when I first looked, so I asked to be notified when it arrived. That did not happen, I just kept checking the site.
