Dear Here is the picture of the damaged box from the bottle. This has now an impact on the value of the product and is just not the first time it happens. For a company like yours is not logic that you are packing in this way. However this is known in the FB Rhum community and most properly I have to post it as well to my friends. Dear Rachel Be I was hoping at least to get a replacement, however if you don't have than it's difficult. You must improve the capabilities how bottles are packed, since you are as well sending bottles with much more value. (The bottle carton Box as to be opened and put separate within the parcel).
