Hello, My reaction was for the last two orders (400048846 and 400046027). Attached pictures of both. And I also add text I sent to your colleague: "...Last two orders I received from you have damaged rum boxes inside the original box. The reason is obvious - it's poorly packed. Bottles are inserted into the protective bag, but in the paper box and without any other protective material like bubbles. Or it can be done in sifferent way - bottle removed from the paper box and packed separately from the paper box which can be unbolded..."
