  Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs, I have paid for blades iv not received, the posting is terribly bad, and to be honest the blades don’t lastthat long, I’m going back to my old blades, picking Royal Mail as your courier was a big mistake they are as bad as you are for customer service.   The blades don't cut they pull. They only tell you when they are going to charge you so you don't get the chance to stop the orders before they send them. And if you try to get a refund they will not do it. DO NOT JOIN THIS SHAVE CLUB. Harrys, Cornerstone or Dorco/Dollar Shave Club are 10x better.

  The loading of the blades on the new design has not been tested on the elderly. Unless one has steady hands it id not really suitable

  Overall very good. I would like to see the website improve, until very recently wasn't able to purchase additional razor handles or blades (home/gym/travel wash bag etc) There is so much wasted package in the delivery of the blades.

  I changed my address and my blades were still sent to the old address and was without blades for three months. Blades arrived only to find there had been a new handle sent out as well, so still waiting on the handle. For this so called convienience, I’m finding it more hassle than it’s worth
