  My order arrived within a week but found a card through the door saying package was to big for letterbox and this is supposed to be letterbox friendly not good also you only get one razor head that's not good either.

  Had an kiddie over a legacy blade handle being required for some old unused blades I had. Bicshaveclub stepped in and rectified the worrisome with a replacement handle. Blades work great, really happy with the customer service, thank you.

  Excellent platform, however I was disappointed with the handle change which means I have 2 handles and 2 sets of blades. I have one to my partner. I don't shave often, so even the minimum order is too much for me and I will have to cancel my subscription to catch up with the amount of unused blades I have .

  We have checked our communication that the customer service and you had, and I can confirm that they dispatched a new Starter Set and were sincerely concerned to here that you did not receive your first one. Indeed, the house number was missing, which is certainly why it did not arrive the first time. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your shave, I can assure you that our design, engineer and production times work tirelessly to ensure a high quality, comfortable shaving experience! A new razor always takes some time to adapt to, I encourage you to give it another try!

  Really disappointed, lost the handle to my previous bicshaveclub blades so started new subscription to get new handle and use my old blades but design has changed and I now have about 6 old blades which are useless.

  Glad to hear you like the website! You can actually pause your subscription for 1 or 2 billing periods. As you have a bimonthly subscription, that means you can pause up to 4 months per year. Of course we can understand that the options to adjust a subscription in the account don't work for everyone. I'm going to have one of my customer service team members contact you to put in place some adjustments to your subscription that suit you better.
