  nice homepage, easy ordering, good products. Main criticism are the A3 padded envelopes even for one tube. This feels like a waste of resources and energy. Please consider changing this. Maybe then the pricey shipping fee of 4 euros could be reduced as well?

  I'm really disappointed because almost overtime I order some oligos the website guarantees the shipping in 2 working days but the real time it took to you to ship is between 5 and 7 working days. also this time we ordered on February 18th and you shipped on february 26th, which is really far from 2 working days! than ups is another story but again it takes up to 4 days to deliver from Marzano to pozzuoli, which is no more than 20 km far.

  From the eurofingenomics I obtained everything as expected. However, if the sequence quality is not optimal from my side, I would appreciate some recommendation, like: increase the sample concentration or decrease primer concentration or check again the homogeneity of the PCR fragment ......

  I used your service when I was working in Heidelberg and it was very good. Here in Belgium, the service is much slower in providing the result and we can submit the sample only until 3 pm that it is a bit early. The quality of the sequencing is good.

  sequencing results are good. But sample shipment and time schedule of sample handling can definitely be improved. In some cases the samples arrived 1-2 days later than promised and first results are available after 3 days - that´s far from the promised "over-night-service".

  I'm usually satisfied with the quality of the results, and the promptness with which I get the results once the samples are received at Eurofins site. My latest order however wasn't of a very good quality, I've seen plenty of insertions/poor quality peaks on the trace file from 600-700 nucleotides length. Apart from that usually I'm happy with the service.
