Verified reviewI provided my full address to Bikeinn, but they missed out part of my address on the label on the package. The package was flown from Catalonia to the UK, delivered to my city, but was rejected by Royal Mail at the sorting office due to part of the address being missing, and is now being returned to Bikeinn in Catalonia. When I've contacted Bikeinn by email, each time I've either been told that my package will be delivered, or have received cut and paste responses about returns, which isn't helpful as I didn't receive the package and haven't returned it. I won't be using them again.

Tracking service is brilliant with multiple daily updates closely monitoring package journey across Europe. Delivery happened 5 days before original estimated delivery date provided at the point of dispatch and within the 4 hour delivery slot provided in advance by the courier. Item was delivered well packaged without any damage or unexpected import costs. Item is as expected and at a significantly cheaper price than I could find elsewhere.
