However, there are external factors that can affect the delivery of an order, that is why our dates are estimated not exact. Thanks, I have send a message on this delay in the support section of the regular website. The order was only dispatched at the initial indicated delivery date. It seems that most of the delay was caused prior to shipping. I ordered on the 31st and the shipment was dispatched only on the 2nd. There is also no reply for days to get a free of cost return label due to this delays.
