Verified reviewThe overall feeling is good. In most cases everything went smoothly however the technical details of certain products is not enough and I need to look after elsewhere before I buy. I think this is not a bikeinn specific issue but common in all e-commercial website. Luckily the buyers can help each other by reviews or comments but more details would be nice especially when a product is universal and is good for more bikes or parts not just for the mentioned one only.

Had to pick up a heavy bike from post office which isn't easy without a car while pushing 2 small children in a double buggy. Tracking info unavailable to arrange redelivery. Customer service did not respond to me. Will not use again.

Hello, you are welcome. Just a small note for possible improvement. I didn't have the option to see the prices and pay in EUR (or another currency), only in CZK. Yes, unfortunately EUR is the currency in the CZ, but many residents also have bank accounts in foreign currencies. Best regards, Martin
