Verified reviewAfter sales / customer service has let me down a bit. I ordered a tyre for my turbo trainer. The box the tyre was in arrived damaged. I need to return the item as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I've been trying to contact bikeinn to find out if I can return the item and if they'll accept that the box was already damaged in transit but not getting any response. I would have happily ordered the correct size needed from them in return, but with no response, I've had to order from somewhere else.
