Verified reviewNo clue what the product is like. Never got it. recieved a lot of mails. That I can pick it up. No info on where to pick it up. That I have picked it up. I have nothing and no way to get in touch. pages after pages of faq, but no way to really get in touch. Also, they have the worst chatbot in human history. gets stuck in a loop consisting of two questions: What is your order number and what is your email address. I just want my money back now.

The Seur site says: "We have not found any shipment with this identifier. If it is very recent, we may have not received any parcel yet. Please try again in the following days or otherwise check if the data you entered is correct." So what is happening now? Is it resent, lost?

Verified reviewThe product I purchased (Shimano ET5 shoes) is not compatible with any of Shimano's SPD systems, and I believe this was neither clearly stated (or shown) in the product's description anywhere, nor allowed to filter to when looking for the suitable product. Returning the product would cost unproportionally high amount, so I will get rid of the shoes on the second-hand market (at a loss), as they are useless for me, and stay away from online ordering shoes altogether in the future.

Thank You for your answer! Unfortunately, to date no-one has addressed my initial problem: The site (BikeInn) does not shows explicitely that this particular shoe is not compatible with any of the SPD systems. I find this a serious problem and a potential theat to all customers looking for a good pair of shoes with a pedalling sytem like Shimano's SPD. In addition, I don't see my 2-star review that I submitted and that has been published on BikeInn.com according to Verified Reviews: https://www.tradeinn.com/bikeinn/en/shimano-et5-mtb-shoes/137673387/p So, it very well might be the case that only positive reviews appear on the site, leaving all the negative experiences covered, and such rightful complaints about the site like mine unheard of.
