Verified reviewThe site is OK . The delivery to the UK took 7 days for £7.50 which for a small item was the slowest I have encountered. Part of the product was of poor quality and actually damaged my bike gps. The response from bikeinn was to say there is no problem with the order and then blame the customer for any damage. The all experience with bikeinn has left me £500 the poorer and lacking confidence in using online retailers from another country again.

In your particular case however we need to object as you decided to go for a ride even though you put your garmin 1030 into the 1/4 turn and felt that the fit and tension seemed poor. If you take the risk to do so, it is your decision but in this case we cannot take the responsibility then. Besides, it seems more likely that the plug connection of your Garmin was weak or defective, our product is of high quality and it did not break! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards
