Verified reviewThis review is for UK customers. Beware. The website does a good job promoting clearance and discounted BMW products. Where the website falls short is helping you understand the duty you'll have to pay on import (essentially the VAT). If you know the size and fit you're ordering is right for you, great, if not, the return process is nothing like Amazon. It is a burden and that burden is on you. Real life example: £350 purchase. Additional £80 cross border charge - paid to courier. Realize the item isn't right. Initiate return. 14 days to accomplish. Carrier charges for return are anywhere from £15 without insurance to £35 with or more. Process to recover the £80 of cross border charges is manual and longwinded. You'll only get £70 back if you succeed. £10 gets lost to the outbound carriers admin fee. None of this is the retailers fault, per se. However, the retailer could do more to help the customer be aware, and the customer service team could be more responsive. My experience suggests profit before customer satisfaction. If you are confident in what you are buying, and you're comfortable with the hidden import duty, then go for it. If you're unsure and inexperienced, like I was, these guys seem to have their back, not yours. Caveat Emptor and all that. Good luck everyone.
