1 star: Everything was quite straightforward, 2 stars for excellent prices, options (not just black and white stuff), and quality of the merchandise. I ordered a helmet, but I ended up not buying it because it did not fit properly. I truly hope BMW addresses different fits in the future. 3 stars for delivery without issues or damage. 4 stars because people were responsive, heplpful and courteous to emails. Why not 5 stars - Return process was cumbersome. It would be easier if there was a return managed by BMW motonsud themselves and you just paid the return. Also you need to pay for the returns, but this is ok. - Delivery was not as fast and I had to reach out and ask when the package would be delivered (but I got fast and clear replies).
