So far I have not received the helmet or jacket yet! And they charged my credit card. Every time I inquire they tell me the same thing "I have asked our logistic team to double check your shipment as there is no update on the tracking so far" Terrible!

I purchased a screen for my r1300r. When it arrived, there was no way of fitting it to the bike. I contacted the seller by email and on their chat bot to ask if there was a separate fitting kit, not listed on their website. I received no response.
