Verified reviewHello, I ordered a helmet size 60-61! It turned out to be small! Then I returned it and received a voucher for the price! So far so good. Ordering the new size (62-63 !!!) the price of the helmet was much higher!!! On top of that, they sent me SIZE 61-62!!! Shipping to Bulgaria is 18 euros, and back, if I have to return it is over 40 euros!!! So far, just because I returned a helmet once, bought it at a more expensive price and paid shipping twice, I am back by more than 150 euros!!! Now, due to your mistake in sending me the wrong size, if I have to return it to send me what I ordered, I will lose over 60 euros for an already expensive helmet!!! Please, for some kind of refund of part of the amount or some kind of credit note from you in the amount of about 90 euros in the form of a discount so that we can complete this order and not deal with this issue anymore! I think my request is reasonable!!! I will await your response. Thank you

Verified reviewThe order processing is very slow compared to other on-line shops that sell motorcycle equipment!!! It takes almost 2 weeks from order placement to shipment and then another 3 days for the shipment to arrive. That seems extremely inefficient considering the fact that the process only involves a shipment of products from France to Switzerland. I am bit shocked to see how inefficient the whole process is.

Verified reviewThe product seemed to be a very good price attached first and said 'no tax' on the ad page. The page was in English and GBP, so I thought the item would be UK stock. This was not the case and there was no warning of import duty for UK buyers. The postage was displayed as about £7 until checkout and then changed to £20. I was charged £50 import duty plus a £5 admin charge by the UK courier so the all up price ended up much higher than expected. I contacted the vendor to say duty charges for UK buyers should be clearly labelled on the UK pages and they just said 'we understand. Have a wonderful day'. Not the best response. Item was also shipped quite late, with no communication from them until queried. The seat for my F900XR is perfect though. Buyer beware if in UK. I never buy from European suppliers, so I was a bit green.
