Verified reviewBad experience,,, I will not repeat it again. I ordered many items that shows availability. After payment, no update about shipment until I telephone called customer service after many e mails without response. Some items are pre order and they will ship it once it is available. My order was on med of April. Up, to now I didn’t receive my order. Customer service girl closed the call when i was complaining .

Verified reviewI ordered a Visor for a GS Helmet. The page and order stated a14 days delivery or your money back. After 45 day my ordered had not shipped I came to know this because I wrote several emails asking for my visor. A tracking link or number was not provided until multiple complaints to a to customer service agent that told me that the money back on late deliveries was written on the page but not in the product (whatever that means). To make it short a 14 days delivery became a 70 days delivery with a very incompetent customer service, fulfillment and logistic service that I have experienced purchasing goods on-line, as a footnote I buy almost everything on-line.

Verified reviewI ordered a drive belt for my BMW F650CS. The price looked good however when you factor in the import and handling charges the price was the same as going directly to BMW UK. The delivery time stated was ok however in reality it was probably about ten days late due to delays processing the order.

Verified reviewMy order took 15 days to leave the warehouse! Nearly 20 days to receive it! It kind of makes a mockery of the fact the only choice for delivery was DHL Express delivery.
