Excellent! I had an issue with some missing items and they replaced them with no fuss. To be fair, it looked like somebody in customs opened the package and never sealed it properly, leaving the items to fall out. I contacted the customer service, sent some pics and they helped me out. Would use again. 😊

Panniers are top notch, Instructors could be better or even a link to locking system build. I accidentally put all the tumbers in and locked the key in the system. Unfortunately I had to drill a hole to release the system to rebuild them. Their should be a warning system in place, safety tab or an easier way to release the locking system if needed. Otherwise the shipping was great, packaging was perfect. Shipping time was very reasonable considering I live in the US. Hope this helps someone in the future, hope they come up with a better release system for the locks.

It’s been more than a month since I ordered and yet my order hasn’t been delivered to me, although it says in the website it would took 3-5 days to be delivered. i talked with the customer service and sent an email but unfortunately nothing been done yet. I’m really disappointed and I want to refund my money.
