I purchased a Grey seat but was shipped a Black Seat. bmw.europe-moto initially claimed that this was not an error, but that BMW had changed the part numbers. Having claimed a refund from Paypal they are now asking me to return the item I have, after which they say that they will send the correct item. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Communication is not good.

Communication and updates were excellent, the only reason I dropped them a star is I don't understand how it can take a week to pick 2 boxes tape together and label for dispatch. I received an order from the USA in quicker time!

Great products and fast delivery. Successful e-mail communication with customer service. The only drawback I consider the unavailability of the customer center by phone. For days no one answers the calls. Offer excellent, fast and reliable delivery of items as i wrote.

I ordered abs paid for my order and then found I could order the item from my local dealer… item cost me more buying online than if I’d gone to my local dealer. The service as good and it arrived when it arrived was supposed to but I’m still not happy I was out of pocket…
