Verified reviewIf I could give no stars, I would. Worst e-shop/retailer in a long time. BMW is severely losing its once maybe good name here, but that's history now. The quality of service not only on this e-shop but also of the products (cars and motorcycles) is crying, the communication is desperate. Lessons learned? No. Everything is blamed on Covid, on whatever else, but BMW still pretends that everything is fine and on the clients ******. I don't mean to be vulgar.

I requested shipping fees back,customer service was confirmed that,but no money was not refunded. Product is very good but customer service terrible because they doesn't keep their promises. Don’t recommend to buy from them.

Verified reviewNot a great place to buy Bmw motorrad items.The boots originally ordered were not in stock at the time of order and I was told it would be in by the end of the month - 3 weeks or so. At that point it was revised to the following month. When I called in, I was informed they haven't had them in stock for 4-5 months and are not expected. Yet - they still take orders and your money with no hope fo fulfilling.

Verified reviewPayed for the item twice as system didn't generate a sales order. In the end it took 3 days just to place the order. Had to convince them to create an order and return one payment and keep the other instead of returning both payments. Started to wonder if they actually wanted to make the sale! After the order was finally taken it took nearly a week just for the order to be processed, which by todays standards is slow, at one point I contacted them to see if my order had been lost. Finally got confirmation it was on its way. Now I genuinely thought I was ordering from a UK branch of BMW Europe due to the union jack and the icon that states BMW EUROPE MOTO UK! but I suppose the clue is in the name and is actually a page in English, so got hit with a £50 duty bill by DHL after I told them I had not realised it was not a UK branch and to return it before it went through French Customs as DHL kindly called me to tell me there was duty on the order. 2 days later it turned up on my door, so I sent it away again. The following week the order was still in holding with DHL. First contact was premium rate number, so I hung up and went on line, finally got a normal rate number and was informed they wanted money to return the item. Which I thought was a bit rude as they had been paid £17 to deliver it, and I told them to return before it left France avoiding any charges. I've put this in the review as I had no choice on which courier was used. DHL was used because BMW EUROPE MOTO choose to use them. Having seen them in there modus operandi I will certainly not be using DHL again and I doubt I will be using bmw Europe Moto again, purely because of the extra costs after purchase as they are not in the UK. I should also add that due to DHL's wantant greed, I ended up paying the duty opposed the the fees to return the order, which was delivered within 2 hours of payment. The items I ordered were however top notch, if not reassuring expensive after HMRC & DHL had there grubby little fingers in the pie.
