    The overall service provided was excellent, and the product is AWESOME! However, I was left feeling a little upset by having to pay for import duty as I wasn't anticipating it. Not BMW's fault, but the additional cost wasn't expected. Maybe BMW Motorad could look into reminding customers of the potential cost implications.

    Overall experience was not good. After ordering, I've received multiple emails about items unavailability or inability to be shipped. These type of information should be shared before the purchase of the items, not weeks after the initial purchase date. The items that arrived were all in good conditions.
