Verified reviewThe order process was fine and the package arrived promptly. I was quite pleased. Unfortunately I had a warranty issue with the order and when I tried to contact Customer service. I received nothing but automated response requiring me to return the item. I would have liked to speak to a person or at least had my emails regarding the issue addressed directly other than by automated response. I ended up repairing the item myself but have gotten no follow up from Europe\Moto.

Verified reviewMostly after I place an order, I’m informed that either the product is unavailable or the size or colour is unavailable. That’s a terrible feeling and it has happened not just once or twice but multiple times. The site doesn’t update its out of stock product and makes customers pay for it and then later offer a refund or credit note. Their delivery process has improved a bit but needs a reminder very often to check if item is dispatched or not. Still a long way to improve
