Regarding the Europe moto my opinion is very good. They informed me about the jacket that it will be available late December, although it was visible in the site. Regarding the trousers for my wife, it was very very big, probably the sizing from BMW is not good. They refunded me, but I paid enough money for the return. It was not their fault, it was BMW fault sizing..

I ordered a backrest which took forever to arrive. After a week of no response, I called and explained I needed it for going on a trip in two weeks time and was told it would be dispatched. Item didn't arrive in time so i had to get something elsewhere. When it did arrive turns out to was the wrong item and won't fit the top box. I didn't get a chance to discover it was wrong as i had been on the trip and then when I came back i contracted covid so had to isolate for 10 days. So when i contacted them to say it was wrong they told me it had gone beyond the 14 days they allow for returns so i can't send it back. It is still brand new in the bag but it doesn't seem to matter to them and they have no consideration to the fact they delayed the delivery and then covid came into play so it was out with my control to return within the very short 14 days that they seem to allow... but as long as they have my money they couldn't care... very disappointing and could do with a lesson in customer relations. Wont be going back if this is their attitude.

Ordered an Enduroguard outfit (vest and pants) and verry happy with my purchase, the fast delivery, the good price as this outfit, now discontinued, was offered at a reduced price. A tiny detail though : a snap button was missing in the trousers but I decided I didn’t need to send the item back under warranty, so I replaced it myself…
