I planned a motorbike trip to Europe and for that reason I decided to order some nice BMW Motorbike Sneakers. I order a month in advance before the trip and on the website it stated delivery will take 5 to 7 working days or something. However, straight after the order I received an email that there might be a delay. I am fully aware of issues with in all supply chains and that things do take longer and I did order at the same time some bags for the bike for the trip as well. However, this is actually not the reason for my 1 start review. The reason for such bad score is that the customer service was very bad. I always had to chase to get updates and I had the feeling that I was just another unhappy customer they did not want to engage with. As mentioned I ordered Bags with a different company, which also had problems, but they were in contact all the time and tried everything to get my order to me. With days to spare they did manage, you did not. I had not the feeling that I am a valued customer at all and felt very much left alone. However, I did not return them, just because the quality of the sneakers is outstanding! I absolutely loves them and decided not to send them back. If there would not be to top quality, I would have definitely send them back!!! Sneaker absolute top, but customer service was not great at all and I would expect better.

Good evening . The first experience was good. The order came quickly, the money was quickly returned for the sneakers that did not fit. After that I ordered a different size and gloves. I waited two months. I asked to cancel the order and return the money. They wrote that they were working. Another month passed. No news yet. I begin to be indignant. Please return the money.
