Verified reviewI rate this transaction as bad because given that the item ordered costs $700USD they shipped it crammed into a small box that barely fits the items, without any fragile stickers or indication to handle with care also no padding inside due to small box barely fitting item. I have pictures of the broken pin Upon receiving it's part of the edge of carbon trim was already poking out of the box due to transit and WORSE STILL a major Pin the is supposed to hold the carbon trim in place with the bike body is BROKEN OFF when received. They told me the accept shipping returns but it costs more than $250 for return shipping to supplier for something that was not my fault

Verified reviewPanniers came well packed in individual boxes. The coding of the barrels.to my own key was fiddly....at one point I couldn't get the key out of the pannier and had to unscrew the pannier plate inside the box ( two or three screws) I would have liked better and bigger printed instructions....AND I ADVISE THAT YOU TEST THE LOCKS OUT WITH THE PANNIERS OPEN.....I don't know how I would have dismantled it if the key stuck when it was closed.... They are really nice.panniers, suit the bike and are easily fitted and removed in seconds to give your bike that naked , fresh look when your not carrying luggage. The expansion mechanism seems.ribust and works well , and I didn't notice any handling problems two up at high speed with them both expanded ( other than the girlfriend saying it's. Along way to lift her leg......wait untill the givi (2 helmets)large top box is fitted 😂...shame Motorad don't make a large equivalent matching one

Verified reviewVery disappointed with BMW europe-moto.com. The jacket I bought was very well made and I expect a good price for the quality. However it was sold as an " All weather jacket "and fitted with inserts. With these removed the jacket was very warm and not really suitable for hot days as there are no air vents. So I have returned the jacket. ( I might add that europe-moto at first refused delivery of the returned jacket ) My problem and still is trying to get a refund and costs. This has been a very poor experience and I am still 100 euros out of pocket. I have been trading emails with customer service but still they keep saying it will be looked at next week !! I think its now six weeks if not longer. Having bought a brand new BMW GS 1250 this year plus other clothing, all this does is leave a poor taste in the mouth and I'm just a disappointed customer. If your a UK customer and buying something I would be very careful to make sure what you are buying is correct for you, returning any goods is not advisable in my experience. As BMW europe-moto did not have any system for me to use. Go to your local BMW bike shop and buy it there, be happy and keep it shinny side up. regards Keith
