Verified reviewI had a horrible experience with this order, not only did they blatantly broke their own rules of purchase they lied about lead time and did not want to let me cancel order due to them not having item in stock as shown after receiving email stating item is backordered I immediately request for cancel as I did not want to wait which was still in line with the 3 day order cancellation allowance as advertised on their T&C. Instead I was told it would be only a week. Yet after 1 month wait item still not shipped I requested for refund and they still did not want to allow and instead after i demanded for Cancellation due to their gross misconduct and ask my credit card company to cancel purchase, they still manage dragged my time by saying they would revert me to accounts dept yet after 2 weeks still nothing and with that they just shipped item without letting me know. Through out this ordeal I had informed them that their actions are out of line with their T&C and demanded to speak to a superior but I was just told they would forward my case. But after twice demanding to sort out my case still none of their superiors cared to right the mistake that they themselves have made from the start. I had 2 smooth orders from them but the way they gone abouts this is So wrong.

Verified reviewI bought the system 7 and GS helmets from bmw euor. The service was good but the helmets size has changed since the last models. I ordered exactly the same size as my previous bmw helmets but both the new ones are smaller. I hear Schubert are not making them anymore probably why size has changed. I’m not very happy as it’s a premium helmet. Now it’s uncomfortable.

Verified reviewNo. I would absolutely not recommend them. The oil I bought took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I had to continuously email to follow up. They did not provide updates on the delays and I could not even reach them on the phone line. To top it all off they email me in french and I do not even speak french. It was the worst service I have ever had.
