I give one start because I can't score it any lower!!! The shipment was late, the currier lost my package and they delivered a broken sink. I reported this issue on August 10th. Since then they are "working" with DPD to find my package and nothing has been found!! I provided all documentation and informaiton about the wrong delivery and they do NOTHING!!! The best part I made a complain on their FB and IG pages and they decided to block my user and delete my comments, please if you can RUN AWAY from them!!!

Tried them first on a 12 days trip to 3 Greek islands, Crete, Rhodos, Evia and came back so happy and comfortable. I crossed with them from the first time I put them on 5500 km without any issue except that they are very convenient. Thank you BMW Motorrad

Poor customer support. Nobody responds on the mail. Facebook after 1-2 days. The phone is picked up after very long hanging or never. You cant cancel or change order. In general don't recommend.

When I was searching for parts, the delivery time was 3-4 days. Made an order on August 30 2021. For indicators and break pads. Shipment was done on September 14 2021. Shipment I paid for was for DHL, and was later done with another courier. Reasons beyond my understanding. At this very moment the shipment is stuck somewhere in Paris because of insufficient documentation. This is just disappointing.

Slow to fulfill orders. You’ll get auto generated emails which specify a delivery date, but I have ordered from them twice now and each time the items were not shipped until after that stated delivery date had passed. Three stars since they do have decent prices. You’ll just need to wait longer than they indicate for your items to arrive.

The postage started out at £7 but because I live in Scotland it changed to £14 . Then because it’s coming from Germany to me I was charged £54 import tax all that was never mentioned at the time off sale.
