Verified reviewThis is the 2nd Corioliss straighteners I have brought. The 1st was 6/7 years ago and it is still going strong. However as I travel a lot and the 1st straighteners are getting older, I have become paranoid that they may give up while I am away, therefore ordered a new one that I will feel more at ease they will not give up on me. I have used many brands over the years and for me these are the best I have ever had and certainly the ones that have lasted the longest. I will definitely order this brand going forward when new ones are needed. I know they are expensive, but I believe in you get what you pay for and these have not disappointed.

Verified reviewDelivery was very quick, and the shipping updates were very good! I was having a few problems with the straighteners as they seemed to pull on my hair, but as I've used them more and more, and I've used some clarifying shampoo to clear away hard water build-up, they're a lot smoother! I did email customer service for advice and to consider a refund, but I never received a response, hence the four stars.
