Verified reviewI was pretty impressed to be honest. I ordered the straighteners and they arrived pretty promptly. They have a dial so I can use a very cool setting on wigs. It took me ages to find any suitable and I only stumbled upon the company because I read up on a wig website about how a wig company had teamed up with this company. I had never heard of them so very very happy. Also the zebra pattern is quite striking and extremely stylish and being of a good quality I will have no hesitation on turning up the heat on my hair when it grows back. The box it arrived in was stunning. I’ve rejuvenated my flexi fibre wig and it’s fab!!!!

Verified reviewI decided to return the item, and the returns process was really complicated and slow. I had to wait for approval of my request to return the item. When I tried to phone them, there was no answer. I can see from the tracker that it was delivered back to them five days ago and I have had no acknowledgement of receipt or update on this.

Verified reviewAnother purchase from them and another huge dissapointment. On this time C3 hair straightener which I’ve ordered has arrived in a completely ripped off box, bottom plate has been slightly scratched and even the temperature numbers has not all been printed on the straightener (looked like manufacturer’s fault). Once requested a refund and sent it back, never heard anything back from them anymore since weeks, no refund issued. And that actually happened second time. Going to e-mail them today again and rush them, but definitely doesn’t recommend to order anything from them. It’s so weird, as it’s their official website, but their customer service is a complete disaster. Be careful to spend any of your money there, as you might not see it back for ages! No more chances for their products from myself, definitely.

Verified reviewI ordered my straighteners direct with the company and received them the very next day. The only downside was they came via Amazon. I purposely didn’t order them with Amazon as I don’t like that company. There was no indication on the company Oder site they were coming via Amazon delivery. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a few more days if that meant Amazon were not involved.

Verified reviewI’m a hairdresser of 15 years and have used lots of different brands of round brushes, Corioliss are genuinely the best iv used, bristles don’t burn or bend over time, great side handle with grip, the brush isn’t heavy like lots of others so perfect for using all day, comes in great sizes. Really pleased with my purchases

Verified reviewBought 2 brushes which I thought were heated but are not. Sent a message to the company asking how they could connect to a heat source but got no answer. Also, tried to initiate a return which needed my email address and order number. Entered the order number from the order confirmation email and my email address and kept getting a message that it didn't recognise the order. Would like to return them can someone still get in touch.
