Product and delivery were excellent. However, there were no instructions for visor removal and replacement and similarly the ear coverings. Whilst you were eventually able to help (the makers Cairn weren’t interested) I do feel you should be taking responsibility and ensure the products you sell come with adequate information. Having said that, I’ve bought from you several times and will make you my first call in the future. Regards
