Verified reviewGreat selection of outdoor and ski gear. I bought ski boots, the description of the product was good and the website well constructed. I was a little worried about ordering from the UK post-brexit but the price included all taxes and shipping. In fact My ski boots arrived at my door only 4 days from the order being placed. So, thank you to Glissop for the fantastic five-star service and shipping. The boots were great as I found out on my trip to Les Arcs. I would certainly use again and recommend Glisshop.

Verified reviewThe staff were massively knowledgeable from the outset and offered valuable advice on my choice of skis which weren't as expensive as I set out and offered the same with the bindings. Really impressive. I arranged for the skis to be delivered to me in a hotel in the alps and the courier messed up. Whilst not ideal this was the fault of the shop and they organised them to be collected and then be sent to another location down the line... communication was very good and fully appreciate their help

Verified reviewOrdered 2 pairs of sunglasses and 2 sun screen sticks. The sunglasses arrived incredibly dirty; not the cases, the glasses themselves. Not sure if they were both display for the last ten years or just stored in dodgy locations. Hope they’re genuine. Similarly, the sun screen sticks were dirty and the inside (the stick part) was also quite mucky. Not too impressed with how the products arrived, clearly no care was taken / no review of items before shipping.

Verified reviewId happily give 5 stars as my order was handled very quickly and delivery turned out very fast. Although I’d advise to secure products (snowboard in this case) inside the box package little better. Snowboard was loose inside, only extra small box have been placed inside to secure from board moving front to back, edges were not secured and snowboard was moving left to right inside hitting cardboard walls. No damage or anything fortunately that’s why I’m only giving advice to secure snowboards better in future. Other than that great prices, great selection and very fast turnaround. Will come back again 100% Thanks
