    Site was easy to use. I also phoned and received some good advice re my purchase. So good to actually be able to speak to somebody who knew their product!!! Took a little time to arrive in the UK from Europe - but good service overall.

    I had some concerns post Brexit about problems with import duty, tax etc. I needn't have worried glisshop handled it all perfectly, highly recommended.

    Terrible . I ordered ski boots which were fine but did not fit . I transacted a return which is then processed and apparently UPS damaged the goods . I am now without ski boots and £140 has not been refunded . Tried calling both UPS and Glisshop both keep saying the other is dealing with it . Would not recommend at all - will attempt another call today to try and get my money back . Go elsewhere where they care about customers and you aren’t in danger of losing your money
