Verified reviewReturns policy is an absolute scam! I bought a pair of ski gloves relying on the return policy. When tried to go ahead, they would charge me £40 service fee (£150 total order) for something that any other courier was quoting me £10. They gave me the option to use a courier of my choice, but then rejected the delivery, forcing the parcel to return back to the UK. I'm stuck with the product. Needless to say, never again Glishop.

Verified reviewTo be honest, buying from a major alps supplier was more reassuring than the rip-off champers-in-the-airport-lounge-serving UK stores. Service was superb, delivery quick even with brexit and covid etc. And the bindings are in the right place and on the correct DIN. Seem to be well set up skis, certainly good price, good site advice on what they do before sending. Ps I only fly BA and have lounge access, and have lived in France and Canada and I do like champagne... but UK 'mountain stores', pah (other than for hiking equipment)
